Farm and forest owners in Clackamas County are still facing challenges to restore woodlands after wildfires, storms, and heat damage. Our team provides personalized outreach, education, and coordination with partners to assist landowners and land managers with site assessments, site preparation, seedling acquisition, and tree planting. In 2023 nearly 70,000 seedlings were made available for fire-affected woodland owners and hundreds of landowners received individual consultation through phone, email, Ask Extension, and field visits from our Extension Forester.
