FAMILY AND COMMUNITY HEALTH

ABOUT US

The OSU Extension Service Family and Community Health (FCH) program is affiliated with the College of Public Health and Human Sciences. Our work spans the areas of healthy eating, physical activity, food resource management, food preservation, food safety, and emergency preparedness. FCH staff manage community volunteer programs, including Food Safety and Security/Master Food Preserver volunteers and Master Food Preserver volunteers.

Our SNAP-Ed program delivers science-based education, implements social marketing strategies, and supports policy, systems, and environmental change initiatives that help individuals, families, and communities thrive.
