Master Gardeners TALK PLANTS!
(Marcia McIntyre, metro area OSU Extension Service Master Gardener Program Representative) Master Gardener volunteers talk plants at a Clackamas County farmers market
Master Gardeners talk all things plants, offering practical advice for gardening success.
OSU Extension Service Master Gardenerâ„¢ volunteers are educators, neighbors, and on-the-ground researchers who serve their community with solid training in science-based, sustainable gardening and a love of lifelong learning.
You can find Master Gardener volunteers at many community events, talking plants and providing solid gardening guidance.
Last year in Clackamas County, Master Gardeners could be found at the Oregon City, Lake Oswego, and Molalla farmers market, and joining in multiple community events throughout the county, where they connected with over 3,000 people!
Year-round, community members can contact Master Gardeners through the metro area OSU Master Gardener Helpline. Whether you need help identifying an insect or plant disease or advice on proper plant care, Master Gardener volunteers are just a click, call or email away.
