July 2025, we welcomed youth ages 6 to 9 to engage in an outdoor adventure at Hopkins Demonstration Forest. Surrounded by tall trees and fresh forest air, campers spent the day exploring, learning, and making new friends. The group explored the forest and pond, discovering the plants and animals that call each ecosystem home. They played games, listened to nature stories, created nature inspired crafts, and hiked the trails together. It was full of learning, laughter, and time well spent outdoors.
